Take part in our King Turkey Day Smokin' Gobbler Barbeque Cook-Off! Your chance to show off your cooking skills and have a chance at winning some CASH PRIZES!

Official KCBS rules will be enforced.

Set up will be held on Thursday, July 9th after 4:00 PM.

Cooks will have a meeting on Friday, July 10th at 4:00 PM.

Awards will be held at 3:30 PM.

Limited to 40 teams - first come, first serve!
Cook-Off Categories:

Contestants must cook all 4 KCBS meats and turkey!

Pork Ribs, Pork/Shoulder/Butt, Chicken, Brisket

Turkey Category will be Friday night.

1 Meat Rib Category will be Friday night.
Every team will receive one free t-shirt with paid entry. Additional shirts will be $20 each.
